Australian Shipping

Shipping Cost

Standard flat rate shipping: $10.00

Express shipping: $14.00

Processing and Shipping time frames

Shipping Domestically in Australia is a standard delivery of 2-5 business days.
Regional: 3-6 business days.
WA: 5-8 business days.

Delays

There may be interruptions or delays with experienced with our shipping partners which are out of our control. The above timeframes are a guideline only and we take no responsibility for the actual shipping times through our shipping partners.There may be delays during promotional periods and holiday seasons.

Lost Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number. Nudo Suits cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. Missing parcel enquiries must be directed to the selected courier. Find out more about lodging a missing parcel enquiry with Australia Post here. If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, your parcel will be delivered back to us, after which we can then re-ship to the correct address. Please note that the cost for re-shipment is at the expense of the customer.

Pre Order

All pre-orders with Nudo Suits are paid in full and delivery is arranged by our team once our stock shipment has been received.

Tax

Australian customers will have the standard 10% GST included in their order.

International Shipping

Shipping to New Zealand

Standard flat rate shipping: $15.00
Express shipping: $20.00

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Standard shipping times with Australia Post: 8 - 14 business days between major metro areas.
Express shipping times with Australia Post: 6 -11 business days between major metro areas.

Other international shipping

Standard Shipping: $30.00

Express Shipping: $35.00

For all international customers, your order will be sent via Australia Post International. You are now able to select your a preference of either Express or Standard. Please be aware Australia Post will not deem Standard Parcels as lost or delayed, until they are later than 10 business days past the expected delivery time. Due to this and the current delays with the delivery of International Parcels, we recommend parcels be sent via International Express.

Customs / Import duties and taxes

Please note that your local customs office may charge duties & taxes for products ordered outside of your country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not prepaid by Nudo Suits and not include in the purchase price. Please check with your local customs office prior to placing your order to avoid unwanted extra charges.

Returns

Check Measurement

Please check measurements and details carefully before you buy. Our fabric allows a lot of stretch as your little one grows. We recommend buying the size that is closest to your child’s age.

Something Wrong?

As a new business we unfortunately can't offer unlimited exchanges and returns on wrong sizes, or different colours. However if there is a genuine problem with your order please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve it for you.
